Shawn started his career in marketing and market research, but helping big brands get bigger kind of left him cold. So in 2013, he jumped ship and became a Realtor. These days, he isn’t crunching numbers for some faceless company. He’s helping real people with something very personal: their homes.

Shawn takes buying and selling seriously. He keeps up-to-date on what’s happening in all parts of the GTA. As a former west-end guy who has recently put down roots in the Beach, he’s happy to have the west end vs. east end debate anytime. He’s been known to wait outside a listing as the FOR SALE sign goes up, so he can be in there first. He records viewings for clients who are busy or out of town. And he’s always ready to use his market research know-how to analyze stats and trends to help you understand value.

He particularly loves working with first-time buyers. Because he isn’t just showing them houses and condos – he’s enabling their dreams.

As dedicated as he is to clients, Shawn isn’t all work, work, work. He loves “legit” camping (no cars, plenty of portaging). He’s an avid runner who just completed his first marathon, and he dreams of qualifying for Boston one day. And every Wednesday night, if he’s not helping a client, you’ll probably find him at the Drake for Trivia Night, where he’s a fierce (but totally fun) competitor.
